Matt LeBlanc and Chris Evans have taken to Twitter to reassure Top Gear fans that they are not ‘at war’ and are still Friends.

‘Just been on the phone to @Matt_LeBlanc to confirm we are “at war” as reported in The Sun today,’ tweeted Chris on Wednesday afternoon.

‘He says, “sure, whatever..” Why I oughta !’
